You didn't mention whether you have saline or silicone implants, but your photo and your description sound most like a saline implant deflation!

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. It appears that you have suffered a rupture or deflation of the implant. Although not an emergency it does need to be evaluated by your surgeon for possible replacement.

It appears you are deflating and you will notice the empty corners when this happens. If you are seeing a new surgeon, take your implant information with you.
