My surgery is less than three weeks away and I am a bit nervous about sizing. I am 5'3 115lbs and I'm starting at a 27AA with little existing breast tissue. Im getting silicone implants under the muscle. I want a natural look and for my breasts to be proportionate to my small frame. My PS suggested I look at 235cc and 255cc. I chose 255 when I tried on the sizers. I am hoping to be a full b/small c max. Does this sound right? I'm more worried about going too big than too small.

Answer: Implant volume and cup size At size 27, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 250 cc implants would take you up 2 1/2 cup sizes to a size C. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Might be right After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author.
