I was told I have a wide rib cage, which is what causes me to have a gap between my breasts. I am fine with my gap but would like a good deal of upper pole fullness. (I am having a full lift done, also). Does having a wide rib cage limit profile options/amount of upper pole fullness?

Answer: Implants A wider breast base gives more options of profiles that can be used. It is best determined by what size volume of implant you choose. Your surgeon should be able to decide which profile is best once the volume is selected.
