What can I do to minimize the appearance of scars after cheek lift? (photos)

I am 34 days post off from cheeklift. I have ugly, red, itching, scars, 2 which are Inverted on the back of my ears. Please help me with options. I have massaged but they don't look better. I also believe the disposable stitches are still there also. Should I have scar revision surgery? If so what does that in tell? Going back to my original surgeon is not an option
