No change after upper and lower blepharoplasty - do I need a revision? (Photos)

Question

I am 3 months out from upper and lower blepharoplasty and ptosis repair and cannot see a difference. I still have a lot of excess skin and hooding and I am very asymmetric. Will it get better? Do I need a revision? Photos are from before surgery, 3 months after, and the excess skin I can still pinch. Please advise.

it's crazy to me you can't see the difference!! you look way better in the 2nd pic!

as for the excess skin - it could be that you need a little more excised. it could also be that this is due to brow ptosis. you cut off your brows in most of these pics but it looks like they may be hanging a litlte on the lower side. if you start marching into the brow skin when you're doing an upper bleph, it'll only draw your brows down more and make you look weird (kind of like what simon cowell looks like now).  one thing you could try while you wait is get a botox browlift and see if that improves your concerns; if it does, then likely you need to get hte brows addressed.

Your upper lids appear more open after surgery (ptosis repair) but you continue to have some upper lid crowding. This could be secondary to excess eyelid skin, low brow position, or a combination of the two. You need an in person consultation to figure out best treatment options.

At three months post-op, some healing is still ongoing, but persistent excess skin, hooding, and asymmetry may suggest undercorrection. While minor improvements can occur up to six months, significant residual concerns may require revision. A follow-up with your surgeon or an oculoplastic specialist is recommended to assess the need for further correction.
