Can volume be added back after an upper blepharoplasty? (Photos)

Hi, I had hooded eyes. Use lattise for 10 plus years. And I’m lean so lost a lot of eye volume but still had hooded skin. Had an upper bleph and now my eyes look off. I want to add volume back to make more of a hood. Can this be done?
