two things for you: 1) continue to do botox and make sure that it also goes into the undereye area. 2) work on your skincare. laser laser laser.
You will need an upper and lower blepharoplasty. You may also need a mid facelift or possibly an extended brow lift. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
This is a fairly common aesthetic problem. I have personally treated these residual (post Botox) crow's feet lines (as well as parallel laugh lines around the mouth) using a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler fanned properly beneath the lines to elevate and smooth them and provide a "scaffolding" support to minimize their exaggeration with smiling and emoting. You would do well to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injection expert and best of luck.
This is a common question I get from patients. When smiling your orbicularis muscle will contract and create a crease. This is true for everyone no matter their age. However, it can potentially accenuate a hollow area if present. I would need to evaluate the under eye in a resting state (ie not smiling) to make a determination how best to address your concern. I think your best option is to schedule a consultation with a plastic surgeon to get a thorough evaluation of your under eye to make recommendations on how to address this. Hope this helps and best of luck,Kyle Kimura, MD
Hello , thank you for sharing your photos and concern Based on what you’ve described and shown in the image, your concerns are very valid and shared by many after lower blepharoplasty and brow lift, especially when volume loss and midface deficiency are also at play. I wpuld recommand you to c...
When you're trying to address dynamic wrinkles/lines, you almost always have to consider: (1) how to reduce the movement that causes the lines -- in this case it would be doing botox -- and (2) how can you build up the strength/resiliency of the skin quality and tone so that it is less likely to...
You could do an upper bleph alone but doing a browlift may be helpful to get a longer lasting result bc you'll have to do the brows at some point and you're kind of borderline already a candidate for that. as for the lower eyelid/cheek area - this is almost certainly because you have a deficient...
Asymmetry of eyes based on size and shape is seen all the time. It does not look that in your case it is so significant that would benefit from surgical intervention. Good luck.
It does appear, based on this photo, that upper eyelid ptosis is the cause of your eyelid asymmetry. That is a reason that eyebrow on that side is in higher position. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Thank you for your inquiry! We would love to sit down with you to discuss your concerns. A blepharoplasty removes fullness and excess skin. It uncovers the shape of your natural eye. Schedule a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to help you reach your goals.
