Burn scars around my lips - what can be done to even them out lips? (photos)

I was in a car fire accident back in 2020, so I have some burns around my lips, I'm wondering what can be done to improve the appearance and make things look more even and less scarred.

Hi and thanks for the question! I think lip filler and later possibly microfat injection would be the best treatment. A surgery would be more likely to leave a scar and may cause muscle mobility issues
