The left side of my cheek is longer and skinnier. What's the cause of this and what can I do to correct it? (photos)

When I smile my face seems to be going sideways. It looks like it's sliding. Sometime I can feel the left side of my face dropping or numb. I don't know if it's due because I'm paranoid or overthinking it. I also here a clicking sound when I open my mouth wide enough.
