Excellent doctor and surgeon. I had tattoo on my leg and ink was very deep inside my skin tried different medical spas for laser tattoo removal and it was not completely gone. I had one more chance to remove tattoo surgical way. No other doctors wanted to do that. Dr. Richardson wanted to help me and did surgical procedure by removing small pieces of skin with ink and it worked. I definitely recommend Dr. Richardson to anybody.
Can't say how pleased I am with Dr. Richardson. I feel 8 years younger and am happy with my results. looking forward to my next visit. Front start to end the entire procedure was pain free. The team was great from booking my appointment to following up with me. Dr. Richardson explained all my options and helped me choose the best course of treatment.
I have had the coolsculpting 2 1/2 years ago in the tummy area and I didn't have any discomfort. My tummy is flat and loving it and then I went again to do the above the tummy and felt more tingly, sore etc on February 13, 2015 and yesterday (the 19th), I felt very awkward all day and night yesterday feeling very uncomfortable, so I took advil before I went to bed and it is much better today. I was nervous because I thought I would end up at the hospital. But thank goodness, I got information from some doctors from RealSelf and they sure gave great information how long etc
Ok, folks, I'm a 48 year old guy who now knows what it must feel like for women having cramps once a month. I initially had my first round of Coolsculpting done on my abdomen and flanks. Four hours/treatment locations. The pain was relevant after a few days - when the numbness subsided allowing the pain to be more pronounced. It's a very crampy, sore to the touch response. At the time - I asked myself whether the payoff would be worth the pain. Well, guess what - it was!!! Once a few days of pain began to disappear, I began watching the transformation I was looking for. Amazing! So much so that the little roll that remained became an ever greater nemesis. So, I've taken the plunge again - and last week had a second round done on that last little roll. I am sitting here typing this with the same intense cramping and soreness - but this time I know that I will "live" through the experience - and absolutely be thrilled with the results. I will take one more treatment this week with the new Coolsmoothing adapter - and I have been assured my stomach/abdomen is going to be amazing. The results of my first go round with Coolsculpting make me an absolute believer in the effectiveness of this non-invasive fat removal alternative. Hang in there... it gets better!!!
I've been injected with sculptra many times over the last 6-7 years. This doctor is tops. Sculptra is about sculpting your face, so it takes a lot of artistic talent. This doctor has what it takes. One thing that shows his expertise is that he uses different needle sizes for different part of the face. He also puts a little bit here and a little bit there, using it very carefully. I've been injected by others who just push in the entire syringe in one or two places.
I'm 30. I gained and then lost 65 lbs over a 3 year period in my 20's and my face hasn't ever been as youthful and full since. Not bad, just not full. I've used moderate botox and filler to lift my face and for preventative treatment. The results have been great! I heard about Ultherapy online when I went looking for new treatments for my mom who is in her 60s. After reading about it and the reviews I really wanted to do it. What if something could have me be able to repair the damage I did in my early 20's. Why did I do it? I did this because I know that doing this once every 5 years can really allow me to slow the aging process. I don't want to get to be 60 and then decide it's time for a facelift. I wanted something subtle. Something people wouldn't realize was a procedure. Just a more youthful look so I can age gracefully without anything drastic. Totally worth it but definitely some things I will do differently the 2nd time around. Pros-- day 1. Walked out of the Dr's office, albeit a bit out of it given the vicodin, numbing cream and trauma, and went on with my day at work. I was in the office from 3pm-5pm. After I left, I went to a business meeting at 6. No one knew I had anything done. I did get compliments on looking refreshed. I was shocked that there's NO signs that any procedure was done. My skin was more aggravated with botox and filler than this. Cons-- Whoever says it doesn't hurt must be in the marine corps. It's more than uncomfortable. If I hadn't had a vicodin, injections to numb my face and the numbing cream, I definitely wouldn't have lasted in that chair more than 15 minutes. I started crying in the middle of my procedure. Thankfully, the PA doing the procedure was great with me and didn't look phased by me going into a mild shock. What I wish I had known... my own pain intolerance. If they had an option to go under, I wouldn't have taken it based on others' reviews. However, next time I will definitely be taking two vicoden, wear warmer clothes and have someone drive me home. If there's an option to be knocked out, I'll do it that way. Also, I wish I had been clear that they go over the area a second time. It was actually less painful the 2nd time but the anxiety leading up to the 2nd go around was horrible. After my business meeting, I scheduled a massage to calm down and relax, drank a scotch and ate a good meal. The numbing injections took a while to wear off-- 3 hours-- so that was also awkward trying to put on lipstick when my lips didn't want to move. I would have scheduled all this in advance had I known. I'd suggest you plan accordingly... don't go back to work. It's worth taking a day off or a half day. Relax afterwards. It's a stressful procedure to put your body through even if it doesn't look like anything was done. The initial results so far: My skin is definitely tighter. My jawline more pronounced and my neck firmer. I look like I had a mini facelift that is conservative (not skeleton like). I can't wait to see what I look like in 90 days when it peaks. Was it worth it? Yes. Would I do it again in less than 3 years? Only if someone gives me laughing gas or knocks me out. Updated on 21 Oct 2012: It's now been 3 weeks. Dr. Richardson did the sculptura this week. I also had him do my botox. I'm so impressed! I've had several compliments from people asking me what's different and that I look like I've had a very long vacation. My eyebrows/ eyes have always been a little uneven. They now have symmetry. I was also very impressed that after the sculptura I went straight back to work also. No pain. I had a little under the skin bruising but used arnica and ice later that night. I think it also makes a huge difference having someone with a lot of experience. He didn't plump up my cheekbones as my other plastic surgeon did. He filled my cheeks out underneath so the fullness returned and I have the appearance of higher cheekbones. Not overly done though. The pros so far: My skin is definitely tighter. I look more youthful and fresh. The recovery time is 0. My face is more symmetrical. The cons: None-- My face looks like it did about 5 years ago.
I selected Unknown in the Service provided box because various things were done and "Various" was not a review option. I had Botox for frown line reduction in my forehead and a couple different kind of fillers in my cheeks and temple area.
Why did I do it? Because I am 40 and want to look 27 again, of course! Although Dr. WIll cannot perform miracles, he sure came close! He is truly a telented and gifted physician. I could not be happier with my results!
Yesterday I was truly fortunate to have a full face and neck Ultherapy session. I'm a 45 year old man beginning to experience a laxity in the skin on my face and neck. Prior to going in for the procedure - I found RealSelf in search of others reviews on the procedure. I have to be honest and admit that the comments about needing pain meds really made me think twice. I was terrified to feel the first pulse...thinking for sure that I would need to be peeled from the ceiling. I went into this with a tremendous trust in my dermatologist...which is why - although I read these pain comments - I continued on with wanting the treatment. I had a topical numbing cream applied to my face one hour prior to the procedure. Guess what? It absolutely had me thinking the machine was not working properly. I expected to feel such intense pain...and didn't. As the procedure went on...and the intensity of numbness began to lessen...yes...I did feel minimal discomfort on a few of the pulses. MINIMAL...and nothing that would require pain meds. I only write this because I certainly don't want others to be turned off to getting the procedure because of unfair descriptions of what to expect. I do realize people have various thresholds for pain - but not for a second did I think that what I was feeling would be unbearable... considering the ultimate prize. Ultherapy is amazing - and I am so very excited to experience the anticipated results over the next couple of months.

I have injected a ton of Bellafill in my office and get this question a lot. My response is simply this: Aging will continue to occur. Bellafill is really great at replacing collagen you have lost, which we know is approximately 1 cc/year after the age of 25 for women and 35 for men. So, do you have to keep getting injections: no. Can you continue to have product injected over time should you choose: yes. Again, reason being you will continue to lose collagen and my goal as an artist and injector is to keep a balance in your appearance replacing what's going away, as it goes away, versus having to do high-volume corrections all at once at a later age.
Tattoo removal of the eyelid is absolutely safe so long as corneal shields are in place. The laser of choice for this procedure based on laser physics would be a laser that has minimal heat generation. The laser on that market that provides this is the picosecond laser class. There are two that I am knowledgeable of and can attest that the PicoWay has the lowest heat generation as compared to others on the market. The less heat, the less side effects to the eyelid skin, specifically scarring. Certainly ghosting, a light discoloration left where the tattoo was, can result with any tattoo removal laser. This is minimized as well with the picosecond laser as this phenomenon has been correlated to the amount of heat generation during removal. Thank you for the opportunity and don't hesitate to contact my office with further questions.
Coolsculpting is a great procedure for fat removal, however not for skin tightening. In my office I choose to use VelaShape 3 and/or Ulthera to tighten lax skin. The preferred technique would be Ulthera, however the cost for the amount of energy required is often a barrier for patients.
This is the one region I simply will not place Bellafill. It is an extraordinary product that can be used in other areas of the face for a lasting, natural correction.
One of the most important things you can do the moment you notice this regardless of age is hyaluronic acid fillers or Bellafill. Rebuilding that medial portion of the fat pat called the suborbicularis oculi is critical to reducing the appearance of "tired eyes." You'll be very pleased. So find yourself a skilled injector in your area and ask for a filler !
