HCTZ is used to regulate the blood pressure. If you are stable and have medical clearance it is perfectly fine to undergo a BBL.

Complete evaluation and medical clearance is needed before undergoing any cosmetic procedure. High blood pressure needs to be fully controlled. the medical doctor needs to be available before the surgery, during and after the surgery to deal with the blood pressure issues. preoperatively , in my practice, for Brazilian Buttock Lift, we need a complete control of the blood pressure, a normal electrocardiogram and normal blood work, because you loose potassium with HCTZ.If you are doing this outside the US, and the doctor is not responsive to your calls, are they going to be responsive for problems after the surgery?????
