About three and a half months ago I had a chin implant with neck liposuction which I am thrilled with. I am looking for that more modelesque facial shape. About three months after the chin implant, I had Radiesse injected in the jawline to make it look more "Square" but it really didn't give the desired results. Would custom jaw angle implants/buccal fat removal give me that look (after Radiesse fades of course)? Also would the existing chin implant be an issue in placing the jaw implants?
