This is likely liquefied fat in your drain, which is common after breast reduction when a large portion of the tissue that is removed is glandular tissue with interlaced fat. Some of the remaining fat in your breast which does not receive blood supply anymore after surgery may harden and liquefy (causing fat necrosis) which is what you are noticing in the tubes.
