Answer: Mini Lift with small implants or fat transfers The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: I HAD A FAT BREAST... I had a fat breast transfer. Developed an abscess, now I have an asymmetry. Fat transfer sounds like a great idea, but in reality is unreliable and often must be done again to obtain the desired result. Remember that the fat cells, once they are harvested from one area of the body, start to die. The fat is then cleaned and injected into another area, in this case the breast, in the hope that some of the fat survives. It is rare to have survival of more than 50% of the fat. You have had an abscess, which can occur as a result of the devitalized fat being placed into the body. You would likely benefit from augmentation with breast implants. You may also require mastopexies, or breast lift. I suggest you see an experienced aesthetic breast plastic surgeon to explore your options. All the best.

Answer: I had a fat breast transfer. Developed an abscess, now I have an asymmetry. What procedure would be the best to fix it? Your best bet is probably another fat transfer if you are looking to increase symmetry. You will be higher risk for recurrent infection.

Answer: Breasts You would do well with an augmentation for both and lift to the lower breasts. With implants, the problem area may look better. Micro-needling could also help topically. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your concerns and options.

Answer: I had a fat breast transfer. Developed an abscess, now I have an asymmetry. What procedure would be the best to fix it Thank you very much for your question, the symmetry in the middle of our body is normal, the difference you have is not much, I know that you went through a bad time and as a consequence asymmetry in your breasts, however we find these asymmetries normally in the human anatomy, in the procedure that I suggest is to perform a breast pexy with a prosthesis, this pexy can be around the aoreole and must be accompanied by a prosthesis to find symmetry on both sides.Breast liftThe breast pexy seeks several objectives such as relocating the areola and nipple to a higher position, improving the shape of the breast either by reorganizing the breast parenchyma or, if this is not enough, placing a prosthesis to restore volume. The amount of breast tissue changes proportional to weight, pregnancy, lactation, heredity, or hormonal changes. Before The plastic surgeon must assess the individual characteristics of her breasts, as well as the general condition of the woman for the correct indication of the intervention. During The augmentation mammoplasty is performed in the operating room and under general anesthesia. The duration of the intervention is 2 to 3 hours. After Depending on the type of work you do, joining normal life can range from a few days to 2 or 3 weeks. The patient must follow the instructions of the plastic surgeon regarding medication to control discomfort, the bra, activities that can be performed, exercise, etc.
