I had a breast lift with implants 8 months ago. Unfortunately the blood supply to 1 nipple was compromised and the tissue died. I had care for next couple of months to heal the area. I now have a hard lump in that area that’s very uncomfortable and and white spots keep appearing on the nipple area that produce white thick discharge. My PS said the lump was probably fat necrosis and should go away but it isn’t and it’s feeling more uncomfortable. Does this sound like something more sinister?

Plastic surgeons generally do not promise a cup size as there is so much variability. In the most general of terms, around 125-150 cc increases account for about a cup size.
