What can I do to fix my asymmetrical face and jawline due to an uneven mandible? (Photo)

My face looks crooked. One side looks fuller and you can see my jaw line. The other side is less full and has no jaw line. Even my eyes are uneven. I hate the way I look in pictures I always try to keep pictures on my left side. I tried to find more info online about this but I can't seem to find anything. I feel like I look deformed. I know no ones face is perfect but my is very noticeable. What can I do?

The 'natural' look of faces from many cultures/backgrounds does vary. Depending upon the 'tilt' /fullness' of the teeth, orthodontics with or without jaw surgery can alter the look. Also, genioplasties can 'offset' the fullness of the lips in some cases. A maxillofacial surgeon should be consulted

Your chin is off to the right. You should seek a consultation with a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. The issue is whether the chin is off to the right, or the entire jaw is. In addition to evaluating your chin, the bite needs to be evaluated as well. If the bite is good, then...

Thank you for sending these photos. However, a clinical evaluation is needed. I do not believe SARPE is the correct procedure.
