Is this possible through surgery? Is there a way to reduce the lower third of my face? My lower third is 2.9 inches, and should be 2.5-2.7(anthropology is not clear). I have severe long face deformity and am sick of being this way.

Yes. Your problem is common. What you need to do is have you upper jaw pushed up and maybe have a sliding genioplasty. Please consult an Orthognathic surgeon.

Yes, the facial proportions can be improved. Often orthodontics is combined with the surgery to idealize the result. Or you can do a masking plan which alters both the front and back of the lower jaw to change the proportional view (see website examples) . Talk to a Maxillofacial surgeon.
