Is there a realistic option to improve the proportions of my face, specifically, make the face wider and achieve forward projection? Currently my face is flat and narrow as shown in the pictures. I understand it is a jaw issue. I have even bite after braces, but my teeth arches are still narrow. I know it is possible to fix theoretically via SARPE, but would it be done in my case where bite and teeth are even? Is it a realistic option to improve aesthetics in my case? Thank you.
