Hello there, Vanquish can be used on the upper back and bra roll fat. That being said, typically this area responds best with a combination of treatments. Usually this area has some skin laxity component, so adding in Emtone to both break up the dead fat cells, increase circulation, decrease downtime, and increase results, as well as tighten and tone the skin in the area is ideal. Both treatments can safely be done on the same day. Fat reduction is permanent unless further weight gain occurs, skin laxity on the other hand, needs to be repeated and maintained. Since Vanquish circumferentially reduces fat it is perfect for the fat back. We do sessions for 45 min, 2-4 weeks apart. we suggest 4-6 sessions for most patients. Good luck.

It is hard to evaluate how effect the Vanquish Me treatment would be for you without pictures but the procedure can be performed on this area and I have seen some very impressive results. It is best to use the Vanquish Me in combination with other treatments to obtain a more optimal results. Many clinicians are preheating the area with a radio-frequency device such as BTL Exilis or Venus Legacy and then treated afterwards with Zimmer Z wave or BTL Cellutone to get a better overall result.
