H20 is your friend! Make sure you drink plenty of water leading up to your Vanquish. There is absolutely no down time with treatments. Most people experience a brief period of warmth, redness, and minor swelling, but you can get back to your daily routine immediately, including gym time. I will caution you, as with most aesthetic procedures, there is a risk of possible side effects. Your Vanquish provider will discuss all possible side effects with you.
Hello there, There should not be any downtime with Vanquish. You can safely workout even the day of treatment. Good luck to you!-Sarah RN BSN
This is a very common question we have during consultations in our office. The beauty in Vanquish is that there is no downtime whatsoever. We strongly encourage staying well hydrated following the treatment, but exercise should be fine. Best wishes,Dr. Sawyer
Thank you for your question. There is no downtime with the Vanquish Me procedure. In fact, most practitioners will encourage you to workout. It is important to stay well hydrated throughout the process to get optimal results. Be sure to ask to see before and after photos of patients treated in the office where you are considering having the procedure performed at. There are a number of protocols and you want to see photos from the protocol and by the personnel performing the procedures. We have found that combining the Vanquish Me with additional procedures yields much more impressive results. Our Vanquish Me Now protocol combines the Venus Legacy to preheat the area then Vanquish Me, followed by InMode's BodyFx on focal problem areas, and finally finishing with the Zimmer Z wave. I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
One of the advantages with Vanquish is that there is no downtime for this noninvasive fat-removal technique. My patients often head straight to the gym after getting Vanquish in my office. Please see a board-certified dermatologist to discuss how to get the best results from your Vanquish treatment.
There is no activity restrictions with Vanquish however remember to stay hydrated drink plenty of water before during and after your Vanquish treatments.Best of Luck
There is no down time with Vanquish or Coolsculpting or any of the non-invasive body contouring lasers. That is why these methods have become so popular. Please consult an expert in the field for the best cosmetic results. Best, Dr. Green
There is no downtime with Vanquish. It is advised that you workout at least 30 mintues after receiving a Vanquish treatment. You should make sure that you are well hydrated before and after the procedure and your workout.
There is no downtime with Vanquish. You can return to work right after the treatment. I find we get better results when we combine Vanquish with BTL Cellutone. Hydration is the key before and after the procedure.
The beauty of Vanquish is that there is no downtime. There is no need to delay working out. Vanquish uses radiofrequency to target unwanted fat. The sessions with the updated protocol are 45 minutes.
I often recommend Vanquish with Coolsculpting for a "Fire and Ice" Treatment that improves fat reduction and skin tightening. VASER with ThermiRF is an alternative. See an expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer.
Thank you for your question. The fat cells are killed (apoptosis) through the radiofrequency (RF) energy that Vanquish emits. They are then discarded the same way any waste is discarded from your body. Hope this helps!
I recommend Vanquish to all my post-liposuction patients, which you can have now. After liposuction, I also recommend exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. We start treatments 3-4 weeks after lip...
Yes, Vanquish ME is a higher power machine and will give more robust results. I often do a "Fire and Ice" treatment with a combination of Vanquish with Coolsculpting to get the best results.I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
