Is BTL Vanquish ME a reasonable treatment to improve my PAH from Coolsculpting?

The best option for this condition is body contouring/liposuction. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. PAH after Coolsculpting is extremely rare, so make sure that's what you have before undergoing any treatment for it. The standard treatment for PAH is liposuction, but theoretically, any fat reducing technology could help it. I used to have Vanquish and Vanquish ME and the results are typically modest. Thank you for your question. It is possible that Vanquish Me would help with your PAH following CoolSculpting but PAH tends to be fairly focal and Vanquish Me treats a broad area. I believe you will see a better result with some form of liposuction such as Tickle Lipo or Vaser Lipo. The PAH following CoolSculpting tends to be somewhat fibrotic which these two devices handle well. I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore. 

Vaser Liposuction is the best device in my hands to cure PAH.  The fat is actually broken up and removed at the same time the body can be skillfully sculpted.  

The standard answer is to treat PAH with liposuction. I suppose it would be worth a trial of Vanquish to see if it were to work. Since it has a different mechanism of action, it probably won't cause worsening of the PAH. I haven't hear of PAH from Vanquish either. I think the use of Zimmer Z Wave is beneficial for better outcomes with the Coolsculpting and Vanquish.
