I am not finding much information on the BTL Vanquish ME treatment. I've learned that the latest model is much improved over the first Vanquish machine. The website is pretty, but vague. Where can I find the data supporting their claims? If you have used both devices I'd love to hear your opinions of each.

Answer: Vanquish for PAH PAH after Coolsculpting is extremely rare, so make sure that's what you have before undergoing any treatment for it. The standard treatment for PAH is liposuction, but theoretically, any fat reducing technology could help it. I used to have Vanquish and Vanquish ME and the results are typically modest. I see no reason not to try it if you don't have to pay for the treatments. If you don't get a great result, you can always do liposuction.Andrew Campbell, M.D.Quintessa Aesthetic Centers

I believe you will see a better result with some form of liposuction such as Tickle Lipo or Vaser Lipo. Answer: Vaser Liposuction is excellent to treat PAH. Vaser Liposuction is the best device in my hands to cure PAH. The fat is actually broken up and removed at the same time the body can be skillfully sculpted.

Answer: Can PAH be treated with Vanquish after Coolsculpting? The standard answer is to treat PAH with liposuction. I suppose it would be worth a trial of Vanquish to see if it were to work. Since it has a different mechanism of action, it probably won't cause worsening of the PAH. I haven't hear of PAH from Vanquish either. I think the use of Zimmer Z Wave is beneficial for better outcomes with the Coolsculpting and Vanquish.
