The dysphoria is horrible and causes pain and soreness, even if i am only a large B. I have bad posture because of it and without binders or tight sports bras, i can not properly do most physical activities. The picture above is what i want.

Answer: Can I go from saggy B to AAA? Sagging breasts is a clinical condition where there is more skin than breast tissue. This condition is known as ptosis of the breasts and often occurs after pregnancy, breast feeding, or weight changes. To achieve tighter and smaller breasts requires surgical excision and reconstruction of the breasts. The surgery is usually outpatient and can be performed under general anesthesia or in selected patients, local anesthesia with sedation. Consulting with a board certified Plastic Surgeon can help you determine the best surgical treatment option for you. Good luck with your desired surgery!

Answer: Can I go from a saggy B to a AAA? (Photo) Your wish pic posted is totally unrealistic after seeing your before photos from a previous question you posted. You left out the scars... Plus you are NOT thin body type like your wish pic. Best to seek a few in person opinions from boarded PSs.
