Can I do Renuvion (J-Plasma) instead of a tummy tuck? (photos)

Thank you for your pictures and questions. The answer is no, no, and no. The reason you have been to three consults and they have all told you that you need a TT is because you need a TT. Renuvion cannot treat diastasis, cannot treat skin excess, etc. Make sure your chosen plastic surgeon is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and move forward with what he or she suggest is best. Renuvion offers very good skin tightening but it will not help muscle laxity ( diastasis). Liposuction will help contour and remove much of the abdominal subcutaneous  fat , but it won’t address the issues of skin or muscle laxity . Renuvion will improve skin laxity but not to the same degree as a tummy tuck . I frequently have patients with your same situation and let them know liposuction is good , liposuction with Renuvion is better and tummy tuck is best . So which procedure you choose will depend on your expectations /final goals /budget/recovery time etc 

If these series are photos of your abdomen than you have large amounts of intra abdominal fat with very large separation of recti, NOT only 1 finger breathe. Also the J-Plasma or Renuvion technology ONLY offer mild to very minor skin tightening at best. So you are not close to being a suitable candidate for that technology. I recommend abdominal scan to see the amounts of separation of recti or laxity of complete abdominal wall. If 3 consults felt only surgery would offer some correction than please o not look to these non invasive limited results expensive fee technologies. Also in the state of Florida office surgery rule allows only 1 liter lipo with full TT thus only small bbl could be done. To me you have 3-4 liters of fat and need more transfer than the 1 liter can provide. So seek 2 separate operations to achieve the desired results/outcomes.
