Thank you for your question.  The best results would be the Vaser Liposuction combined with Renuvion.  To ensure the best results you should have about 5 post surgery lymphatic drainage massages to help the swelling and the shape.  Also, you must wear the compression garment for about 6 weeks after surgery.  I would suggest leaving a minimum of 3 months between the surgery and your wedding.  Ideally, 6 months would be the optimum time you ensure everything has settled.  All The Best
