Followup on prior questionregarding severe cramps from thigh to back of knee. I got answers from Drs to go to the ER but I went prior to the responses.I went to the ER 4/20 n ultrasound was done and they didn't see a clot.catscan was also done and negative as well I was admitted with a 7 hemoglobin and muscle breakdown that could affect kidney. I got 2 units of blood n 2 iron. There is less pain in thigh now but still tightness. Sometimes the foot feels like there's liquid but it's not swollen.

This is due to damage to your muscles and irritation of your nerves.  It sounds like the process of injecting harvested fat tore up your gluteal muscles and donor sites and damaged the sciatic nerve.  The evidence of this is  your low hemoglobin and need for transfusion.  Liposuction and fat grafting involve two processes: harvest and injection.  Neither should cause bleeding that requires a transfusion, so I suspect inexpert and overaggressive surgery.  Since blood clots have been ruled-out your best bet for now is lots of walking.  You may want to start oral B6 100 mg twice a day to promote nerve recovery.  Definitely get followed by a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  I am curious about the technique used on you since this is a rare (and bad) outcome.
