I feel like my left boob isn't right, 1 month and 1 week since my surgery (Photo)

Hello and thank you for your question.  At five weeks, you should have better symmetry and the left breast implant is malpositioned in the implant pocket.  If it is a textured implant, it will be difficult to have it move lower.  Although wearing a bandeau velcro strap may be helpful, as will time, if it doesn't lower, a revision to physically move the implant lower in the pocket is indicated.  Return to your plastic surgeon for his/her recommendation and advice.  Best of luck.

I'm sorry to hear that your left breast implant has not dropped. Based on your photo the implant looks very high as you have noted.  I would urge you to see your plastic surgeon as soon as possible and ask if breast implant displacement exercises and possibly a bando can help bring the implant down.  If there is no further dropping over the next 2 months a small surgical revision may be necessary.
