What could be causing pain around the top portion of my subfascial silicone implant?

Question

I have Subfascial silicone breast implants and am all of a sudden having a severe stretching pain when I reach up high over head on one side. Or use that arm to push off of a surface or do something like open a jar. The pain is only around the top of the implant. I can’t seem to find any information online about what could be causing this since my implants are not under the middle.

The pain could be from an injury to the muscle.  If it does not improve within a few days with rest, contact your surgeon for an evaluation.  She/He can help rule out a potential capsular contracture.

Your implant are behind the fascia that covers the muscle. You may be developing a capsule. please go back to your surgeon and be checked.
