My one eyebrow has a higher arch & I have a calic right on my hairline. Is there anyway they could fix the calic & would my eyebrows be more symmetrical getting a brow lift at the same time ? Will I lose hair ? What would happen in the future ?
Answer: Consult with your surgeon. First, you need to meet with a doctor so you can explain your goals and expectations. Afterwards, you'll have a better idea as to whether a brow lift or forehead reduction will help you accomplish your goals.

Answer: Forehead reduction and brow lift A brow lift is performed for low set eyebrows. Asymmetric eyebrows can also be adjusted at the time of the brow lift. The hairline can be adjusted either upwards or downwards during the time of the brow lift based on the placement of the incision. If the incision is placed behind the hairline, then the hairline will be raised. If the incision is placed at the hairline( pre-trichial) then the hairline can be lowered, and the forehead shortened and the hairline brought downwards. In our practice forehead reduction is only done for patients who have low set eyebrows and need a browlift as well For many examples, please see the link below to our brow lift photo gallery

Answer: Uneven Frontal Hairline and Eyebrow Asymmetry A pretrichial hairline approach could be used to make your hairline more even. But getting symmetric eyebrows and a more even hairline at the same time is difficult..unless it is the right eyebrow that needs to be lifted.

Answer: Hairline and eyebrow See a pplstic surgeon and ask the same questions. Lowering the brow on one side might work, but the eyebrow should be addressed in the consultation

Answer: Change hairstyle and forget surgery Your hairline is complicated and your would have a scar (possibly) that would eliminate wearing hair back. Use botox to equilibrate your eyebrows and do NOT have a hairline brow lift. My Best, Dr C
