I've had a this forehead dent since I was four, when I hit my head on something hard. It has always bothered me. I'm thinking it's compressed layers of my skin or necrosis of fat with underlying scar tissue. How would I be able to fix this? Fat graft? Juvederm? Botox?

It is pretty normal to be bruised, swollen, and generally look like a monster for the first two weeks after a full face far graft surgery. By week 6 or 8 you will generally be much much happier with the result and then by month 4 you will be telling the doctor that none of the fat survived...
Both fraxel and stem cells are equally ineffective for stretch marks. For your type of stretch marks only an excision and stretching the skin (tummy tuck ) would work
