Thanks for your question! You will have a little bit more “side boob”, but I don’t necessarily think it’s too wide. I would suggest asking your plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Hello, thank you for your question. The two options you have are both great and will work with your measurements. The volume difference is not going to appear very different and the width difference of 0.5cm will not create a drastic wide breast. Its really up to you, if you are thinking a bit more fuller that go with the larger one. Either choice will be a good one.

Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. The decision-making process depends on patient’s desires, as well as breast and soft tissue dimensions of the chest wall. I also utilize Vectra 3D planning to further help with implant selection.
Based on your photos, 325cc size implant should still give you a natural-appearing result, that would be somewhat fuller than 275cc implant size.

Thanks for posting your pictures. It would have been helpful to know your chest circumference in inches, which determine the cup size volume in cc's. In any event, let's assume that you are 32 small A cup size, so to become 32 full C cup size you will need implants with volume of 375 cc's. For 34 full C - 450 cc.
If surgery is done in expert hands, you should have a natural look with nice cleavage, perky breasts, upper pole fullness and nice projection.
Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with the features mentioned above.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

The plane on which the implant will be placed has a great deal to do with how these implants will look in some years to come. Any of the implants you are considering should give you a nice result. I encourage you to return to your surgeon to further discuss your goals for surgery. Many have sample implants you can "try on" to give you a feel for how you may appear after surgery.

Did you type the wrong size above as you mentions a 325 then said could you increase to a 320 and still have a natural appearance.
