I have opted to have a BA; however, I am having trouble determining the size I want. I was told my chest wall measures 12.5cm and have been suggested either 275cc (classic) or 325cc (M+) to achieve more volume to maintain a natural appearance. I do understand the differences between the types, but is it possible I could still achieve a natural appearance by increasing the implants to 320cc (13cm)? Am I risking having too wide of a breast, too large of an implant, too much side boob?

Answer: Natural appearance probable regardless of the size chosen After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved.
