I’m 33 and have had two kids and lost 140 pounds with weight loss surgery, I’ve had the weight off for 7 years. I know I need an anchor lift and implants but am worried with my degree of sagging I won’t be able to get the look I'm going for. Am I being unrealistic? First pic is me and the second pic is my inspiration pic.

Answer: Breasts You may do well with the vertical lift and can avoid the underneath incision. You also may have enough breast tissue to not need implants if you want about a B cup in size. Otherwise, choose small implants.

Answer: Breast reconstruction Hello, thank you for your question and your pics. and congratulations on your weight loss. Any plastic surgery result depends in a lot of factors. In your case, as you well point, skin quality plays a major role, but this role I've found it's more in the long run rather than the immediate result. What will play a major role in your case is the lack of gland, and thus, coverage for the implants. Coverage is important to "hide the implants" and in your case an "under the muscle approach" should help you with achieving a beautiful cleavage, however, the end result is impossible to predict, specially with your skin characteristics. With all being said, don't get discourage, you should have a beautiful result, just try not to go too big with your implants (extra weight is your enemy)
