Hi! I’m 34, no kids, 5’7” 145lbs. I’ve recently had my 425cc implants deflated because I’m debating on removing my implants and just getting a lift. However, I’m not sure I can achieve the look I’m going for without a small implant. I would like more of a natural athletic breast with fullness from the front but not a lot of projection on the side. I do enjoy working out so the 425cc implant just didn’t work for me. Thank you for your recommendations!
Answer: Size If 425 cc's was too large, consider 250-300 cc implants which should give you up to 2 cups increase as opposed to 3 with 425 cc's. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and trying on a range of sizes from 200-300 cc's.

Answer: Options for you Hello and thank you for your question! Looking at the photos that you've provided a smaller impact with moderate projection paired with a lift may be your best option! This will give you that natural full look! An examination and fitting would have to been done to find out what best fits you. I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon who is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and has plenty of experience in breast surgery. Go over your concerns with them and make sure above all, you walk out of there with several options and an idea of the pros and cons to each of them as well as realistic expectations. I hope this helps and wish you all the best in your surgery and event. If it does, please take a moment to up vote this answer on the “respond” button on the top right.

Answer: Breast exchange question Thanks for your inquiry and excellent pictures. You should pick a moderate plus profile implant that is a 1-2 cm less than your breast width. This will allow you to maintain fullness without too much projection, good luck.

Answer: Mini lift with fat transfers or small implants The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift A breast lift only will leave your breasts very small, almost flat. You should get an implant.. I would probably go between 300 and 325 cc.
