Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for a Brazilian butt lift. At my practice, the BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. In addition, if you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms and chin. Depending on your desired results, you may be asked to gain some weight. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a good candidate for a BBL procedure however it’s success will depend on your exact goals. A “more feminine shape” is completely, but a large volume fat graft to the buttock may be limited by how much fat you have. If you don’t have enough fat, then Sculptra is a better option than using an implant. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options in detail. Hello. Thank you for your question. Your photos indicate that you have a very good starting point for a mommy makeover - Liposuction/BBL and Breast Augmentation/Mastopexy. You have a natural shape to your torso and buttock regions. Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and peributtock regions will result in a nice contour and harvest of fat. Liposuction of the inner thighs and knee regions will definitely help increase the volume. I believe that you will have enough harvested fat to transfer to the buttock regions nicely. Your photo shows that you have sloping breasts and are missing volume especially upper pole volume. The breasts have laxity. It is possible that a breast lift could be performed without adding an implant but you would have smaller breasts. It is also possible that fat grafting from the abdomen to the breasts could be performed. But if you wish for fuller, perkier breasts, realistically an implant is required for adding volume. I believe that you would get the best result with the following: at surgery, an implant is placed first. The size of the implant would be based upon your chest and body measurements, and then modified by your preferences- such as breasts that are slightly larger or slightly more moderate. Then the breast lift is performed. The excess skin would need to be reduced and tailored so the nipple-areola is centered over the implant. The areolae would be made smaller. I think you would be an appropriate candidate for fat transfer. The fat really does not move to other areas. I do not perform butt implants as the risk out weighs the reward to me.

In almost every case, I do not recommend weight gain prior to a BBL. It is far better to maintain a stable weight rather than gain weight. The thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth. There is tremendous difference in skill level among plastic surgeons in fat removal and fat transfer skills.

Hello @Jeena2016 thank you for your question and showing you pictures. You are a candidate for BBL Surgery an it would help you be closer to your goal look. However I also suggest a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty a combined treatment because I can see excess of skin and and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and strengthens the abdominal muscles. On the other hand liposculture we take out fat from all parts of the body to make it more harmonious and the BBL is transferring your own fat to the glutes to give it more volume. Based on the pictures you appear to be good candidate for Full body intense liposuction and I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

You seem to be a good candidate for all of these procedures. Whether all of these can be done in a single setting (one surgery) will depend of your overall health status and amount of fat to be suctioned since there are certain limits in individual states when multiple surgeries are done together.
