I'm going to be undergoing a BBL in just a couple of weeks. A few of my friends have had a BBL and some had drainage plugs and a couple did not. I haven't had the chance to speak to my surgeon on this just yet but I was wondering if they are necessary? To be honest, I don't want them unless they're absolutely necessary. It makes me wonder how to get comfortable with tubes sticking out.
