I am 2 weeks post op with a breast lift with implants and lipo with fat transfer to butt. I just want to make sure that everything is healing correctly and the way it's supposed to be. I have some hard yet puffy spots on my stomach if that makes sense and want to be sure it is not fluid that needs to be drained before it's too late. Please advise.
