i got my nose done in taiwan 3 months ago, and my nose got little swelling and little bit pain this morning. should i take antibiotic now? and is that any possibility need to take out in the future?

If you have pain, swelling, and redness, you have an infection. Coo sulk with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in nose surgery. If the gortex is infected, it needs to come out.

However, you will be able to easily replace this implant with organ donated rib grafts that will integrate into your body and are not prone to infections like the gortex implants. It is possible that your nose is infected even 3 months after placement of a Gortex implant. This possible complication is the reason I avoid using synthetic materials in nasal augmentation procedures, preferring to use the patient's own tissue. Consult with your surgeon as soon as possible. If you are infected and antibiotic treatment is not successful removal may be necessary.
