I am a 60-year-old male and had a lower eyelid surgery six weeks ago. As you can see in the picture, I still have wrinkles below the eyes. I am wondering what procedure would best treat these wrinkles after I have healed from the prior surgery (I'm assuming the wrinkles won't improve over the next four months).
