I had a lower blepharoplasty with fat removal and removal of excess skin to address eye bags and malar bags. The malar bags are worse now than they were before the surgery and I have been left with visible scars. My surgeon has been trying to resolve the issue but to no avail. A month and a half ago he injected Hyaluronidase into each malar bag, it didn't work. Then two weeks ago I had injections of doxycycline. The swelling initally went down but has now returned. What are my options now?
