To feel better during sex both the vagina and the pelvic muscles should be addressed. if you have vaginal tightening surgery just at the entrance of the vagina, (Perineoplasty only) that would not make much difference, but f you have a surgery which will tighten at least 10 cm of the vaginal canal you will feel better at sex. I would also recommend you Emsella treatment which will make your muscles stronger and that will help for urinary incotinence prevention, anal incontinence prevention and tighten the vaginal muscles.

When we perform procedures in our practice such as labiaplasty, this can often be termed "vaginal rejuvenation," but we are only addressing the cosmetic appearance of the genital area on the outside. There are no changes to the vaginal canal or any functional changes. However, there are some more invasive procedures that can deal with the vaginal canal itself, but in my practice, these are best left to other experts.

The goal of vaginal tightening surgery is to make the vaginal canal tighter and therefore improve sexual satisfaction for both partners. When successful that should indeed be the outcome.
