Hi! I’m looking at options with different non surgical vaginal tightening devices. I have 2 questions. First, if someone wanted to, could they alternate (or preform back to back) different devices? Would this give the patient better (tighter) results? Say, the first 3 treatments are with the diVa device and 6 weeks later, they start 3 treatments with a different device that uses different technology. Or could the patient keep doing treatments until desired results were attained?
Answer: Can you alternate different non surgical vaginal treatments to achieve tighter results? Hello, if you have the opportunity, I recommend you continue your treatment with the same device for 3 sessions, once a month. Because different devices can offer treatment options with different temperatures to different depths of the tissue, and this confuses us. For the second problem, we do not recommend the procedure more than 3 times in a year. If you disrupt the healing process after tissue damage, you will not benefit from any energy-based treatment later.Afterwards, a surgical tightening operation can be performed.I wish you good day

Answer: Vaginal tightening Hello; You can alternate treatments, however if you are using a technology that is effective such V Tone, I recommend staying with the same technology to achieve the desired effect. Generally you would need 6 treatments to see results.

Answer: Vaginal rejuvenation You could definitely mix-and-match your vaginal tightening treatments. However, if you’re looking for a high amount of vaginal tightening, you may be better off looking into having a vaginoplasty, which is a guaranteed vaginal tightening with surgery. It may be the most cost-effective way to get the exact results that you’re looking for. All of our surgeries are done under local anesthetic and our patients do really great. If you’re anywhere near the Louisville Kentucky area, we would love to see you for a consultation. I hope this helps.

Answer: Can you alternate different non surgical vaginal treatments to achieve tighter results? Dear patient, thank you for asking the question. For none surgical vaginal Rejuvenation, we have two modalities. One is Fractional Co2 laser-like FemiLift or MonaLisa or a few others, which treats the mucosa of the vaginal wall. The second one is radiofrequency, which can go beyond the surface of the vagina and increase collagen/ Elastin beyond the vaginal mucosa. At the present time, we have two different radiofrequency technology: One is like Termiva and Votiva; I call them heating only. The second technology uses microneedles and delivers the heat deep into the tissue of the vagina while simultaneously causing damage to cells. In return, a new cell grows with more college and Elastin, which causes feeling tighter. As a physician with experience with all three different machines, I can clearly state that microneedling with radiofrequency ( Morpheous 8V) is the better one, as my patient and their partner have mentioned that to me. In summary, no you do not need to switch and go back and forth between the two technology. I hope I was able to answer your question.

Answer: CAN ALTERNATING VAGINAL TIGHTENING PROCEDURES IMPROVE EFFECTIVENESS Thank you for your questionThere are two methodologies used to " tighten" the vagina. In reality, they don't "tighten" but rather they stiffen the tissue making it less flexible and therefore creates a resistance that gives the sensation as if it is tighter. The two methodologies are 1) Thermva and other radiofrequency devices and 2) mona lisa and other laser devices. All accomplish the same effects- i.e. they all increase collogen and blood flow to the vagina. These effects give four benefits: 1) improve stress incontinence,2) improve urge incontinence, 3) improve vaginal dryness(due to improved blood supply) and 4) increase collogen which makes the vagina "stiffer" which can give the sensation that it's tighter due to the resistance to stretching. Only surgery can reduce the vaginal circumfrence. Doing both the radio frequency and laser is little different than doing the same thing twice. The scheduling of these procedures maximizes their effects so repeating or doing both out of the maintenance schedule will make little if any improvement.
