Stiffness and discomfort in hips 2 weeks post op from Tummy tuck. Any suggestions? (photos)

Hello. I had a full tummy tuck with muscles repair and lipo to my posterior hips. I'm healing nicely and the doctor took it one of the drains on Tuesday 9/22. I'm really in no pain anywhere.. Except my hips. They feel very sore and tight. Is this normal? It's not where the lipo was. It feels more like a muscular issue than anything? I appreciate your help.
