What can I do about this scar on my lip? (photos)

It's been about a year since the incident a stick went completely through my lip, 5 stitches were needed. Since then wound has healed but left hardened tissue inside with noticeable unevenness and discoloration.

I suggest seeing an expert in scarring as these typically need many treatments and if not improved need surgery (Even tough they can recur).  Best, Dr. Emer.

This requires a laser and scarring expert.  If you have pain, start with pulsed dye laser and 5fu/steroid injections and see how much you get improvement.  Best, Dr. Emer.
