Can microneedling (1mm or 1.5 mm) enhance the skin and reduce the bumps created by hair transplant? Is it ok to use after 8 months

Microneedling alone is not sufficient for "thickening" skin, not cmpared to what lasers can do.  I suggest you see a physician that does combinations of lasers and needling/PRP.   We combined sculptra to all my laser procedures to get even more collagen building.  Its a process of co...

Microneedling will thicken the skin and dermis and help sagging.During the recovery period there will be water and fluid from the trauma may make you have more sagging temporarily.

To start, you may try 6  treatments of microneedling set at a deeper depth.  If this has little effect, you can try additional methods like laser resurfacing or chemical peels.  Be sure to consult with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon.  Good luck!
