Can microneedling (1mm or 1.5 mm) enhance the skin and reduce the bumps created by hair transplant? Is it ok to use after 8 months

Microneedling can be done after hair transplants and often includes PRP layering and microneedling of PRP into the skin to actually stimulate hair regrowth.  Once your scalp has healed from the transplant procedure a series of microneedling treatments with or without PRP can help to smooth the skin as well as kick start healthiest hair regrowth.
