How long or how many treatments does microneedling take to thicken skin?

Microneedling alone is not sufficient for "thickening" skin, not cmpared to what lasers can do.  I suggest you see a physician that does combinations of lasers and needling/PRP.   We combined sculptra to all my laser procedures to get even more collagen building.  Its a process of combinations to get the best outcomes.
