How long or how many treatments does microneedling take to thicken skin?

I'm 44 with thinning skin around eyes, neck and face. How long does it take for microneedling to work and what other therapies or products would need to be used at the same time to see results? Thanks in advance for any replies!

For the best results of thickening skin and improving elasticity a combination of PRP w/ Microneedling and Erbium laser skin resurfacing is an excellent treatment approach. Microneedling alone is not sufficient for "thickening" skin, not cmpared to what lasers can do.  I suggest you see a physician that does combinations of lasers and needling/PRP.   We combined sculptra to all my laser procedures to get even more collagen building.  Its a process of combinations to get the best outcomes.
