I went to dermatologist and she prescribe me some ointment and creams coinstreiod Now i feel my scalp on fire She told me you have a lot so small scars on receipient area that might not go at all and told me the hair look plugy because of scars or LPP. I do not know i m freaking out now and i feel i screwed my self to the end of my life What i should do ?

If you're under the care of a dermatologist, let him or her guide you in terms of the next best stops. LPP is a dermatolotic condition typically presents as smooth white patches of scalp hair loss. No hair follicle openings can be seen in the areas of hair loss. At the edges of these patches there may be scale and redness around each hair follicle. Hairs can be easily pulled out. It is multifocal and small patches may merge to form larger irregular areas.
