Your photos shows hair on your scalp. You don't provide a "before" photo to compare with. If you were bald it looks like a good result.
Thank you for your question.To judge the quality of your result one needs to see your before pictures. It appears to be a fairly good result if you had no hair in the area of grafting. You should probably consider a second session to fill the areas between the grafts.All The Best !

4000 grafts is a ton. What did you look like beforehand? If you were totally bald beforehand, then this is an excellent improvement. Regardless, you may want to consider additional transplantation for density. A second session can be very helpful if you are looking for more.
AT 11 months you have about 95% of the growth you are going to get. It looks ok to me however, without seeing your before picture, I can not give you a judgment. If you had no hair there at all, then its reasonable growth.
