I have been receding since the age of 18, now 25 I would say I'm a type III vertex. With my age I'm not sure if a transplant would be a viable option with the possibility of further receding in the future. Any advice would be much appreciated.

FUE is just a harvesting method. It does not relate to results. Keep in mind FUE is done with the head shaved. FUT is not. This may be an issue if you are a woman.
