I'm wanting IPL to address redness; the microneedling (with a growth factor serum applied afterward) to improve skin texture. Which treatment should be done first, or does the order not matter? Thanks in advance.

In my opinion, salicylic acid washes and toners as well as retinoids ( adapalene) are helpful for blackheads. These are available over-the-counter at your drug store. Follow up with a dermatologist or esthetician for removal.
