What can I do to remove blackheads on my butt cheeks and sides of thighs?

These blackheads later become boils? Accurate couldn’t clear it up. It’s is mild. I feel like it’s hidranitis superlative. Can jpl or laser hair removal fix the problem?

These spots can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

After an IPL laser treatment the hairs will grow back as usual and then immediately fall off. It can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for you to start noticing the hair shedding.
