Scar Removal; what do I do? (Photos)

Almost a year ago I woke up with a large cut on the front of my leg. I have no clue how this happened. The weird part is our sheets & bedding are all white, yet nothing was stained with blood. Over the last several months I have tried a few different creams and exfoliants to try and remove it, nothing is really removing it. This has really affected my self confidence, now I don't wear anything that shows my legs :(

These dark spots can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thick scars resulting from inflammation may improve with Kenalog IIT, scar modulation and Plato's Scar Serum. WE would have to evaluate your scar first to get a better option for treatment. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
